Selah • Part III
REST - PAUSE - BE HELD
As if the rest of life depends on it,
All you whose load is supposed to be shared.
As if it could ever be forgotten,
All you lack in intimacy will never be found in activity.
As if the life of rest were our default rhythm,
The presence of the One,
In whom all joy is discovered:
The Shepherd who tends,
The Father who holds,
The Healer who mends.
Find less in more and most,
Better and best.
But know fullness in being and becoming
