The core More Precious team have a database which includes the email addresses of all those who have subscribed. We also have the names of those who have provided their full name when they signed up.
If you have written content for More Precious, we also store data on which university some of you attended, or what city you live in. This information is stored manually, whereas your email addresses are automatically incorporated into a secure online database.
Our databases are updated in order to remove any data on subscribers who have not shown as active for two years. The act of opening an email will ensure your account is recorded as active.
Your personal information such as name and location would only ever be used to contact you personally, if we have an opportunity for you to be involved in your area. We will never publish or share your full name, and would only publish your location if you have provided it yourself as part of an article you wrote for More Precious.
We would like to send you information and content from More Precious primarily by email, and infrequently by post if you want to provide us with your address and consent to do so.
We will never share your information with any other organisations, but only ever use it to contact you ourselves.
Every now and then, we may have and event, or some products that we would like to share with you. If you have consented to receiving marketing emails, you may opt out at any point by updating your subscription preferences on the website. The link can be found at the bottom of any More Precious email.
You have the right to request access to all the information we hold about you. You can do this in order to request removal of your data, or to correct inaccuracies in the information we hold about you. If you would like to do so, please contact our data controller by email. Details provided below.
Our website contains links to other websites, and promotes other organisations. This privacy notice only applies to More Precious so when you access other websites and organisations, you should read their separate privacy notice.
We will periodically update our privacy notice and post any changes on this webpage.
